Restau­rant at the Hol­brooke fea­tures a cheer­ful, sun­lit view of Main Street. With his­toric appoint­ments rem­i­nis­cent of the excit­ing days of the Gold Rush, the Restau­rant remains casual enough for inti­mate café din­ing or cel­e­brat­ing spe­cial occasions.

Chef Dylan Pen­gel­ley, is a grad­u­ate of Cal­i­for­nia Culi­nary Acad­emy in San Fran­cisco.  Chef Dylan is native to Nevada County and  for­mally chef for the Posh Nosh in Nevada City. He brings his pas­sion for fine cui­sine to every meal served at the Hol­brooke Restau­rant, bar and patio. The fare is sure to please everyone’s taste.

Din­ing Room Hours

Lunch menu is served daily from 11:00 am until 5:00pm. 7 days a week.

Bar Menu is served from11:00 am until 9:00 pm. 7 days a week

Din­ner menu is served from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. 7 days a week.  Fri­day and Sat­ur­day Late Night Menu 9:00 pm to 12:00 pm

You can always get food from 11:30am until 9:00pm while relax­ing in the Saloon. 7 days a week.

Saloon is open day and night for great food and cock­tails or you can relax out on the patio (weather permitting).
