The Restaurant at the Holbrooke

The Restaurant at the Holbrooke features a cheerful, sunlit view of Main Street. With historic appointments reminiscent of the exciting days of the Gold Rush, the Restaurant remains casual enough for intimate café dining or celebrating special occasions.

Chef Jered Gettler, a long time member of the Holbrooke family, brings his passion for fine cuisine to every meal served in the Holbrooke’s Restaurant Dining Room. The fare ranges from Jered’s original California Eclectic to Gold Country Comfort styles and is sure to please everyone’s taste.

Dining Room Hours

Lunch is served daily from 11:30am until 2:00pm.

Dinner is served Wednesday and Thursday in our Library from 5:30pm untill 9:00pm.

Dinner is served in our Dining Room on Friday and Saturday night from 5:30pm untill 9:00pm.

Sunday through Tuesday night we are closed for dinner, but our Saloon is open every night for cocktails and light fare.
